As a school we understand the importance of every decision in relation to a child’s education and so make these decisions with the child’s best interests as our priority. Therefore, we understand when parents/carers raise their concerns regarding their child’s individual needs. Our Complaints Policy is a trust wide policy and can be found on the Trust website.
